Hutchens Construction recently completed a 2” Surface Overlay on Highway 62 North near Eureka Springs, AR for the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department.  This stretch of road winds through some of the most scenic areas in Northern Arkansas and after the recent rehabilitation by Hutchens Construction personnel now provides for a nice smooth and quiet ride.
