Hutchens Construction Company has served the region since 1961 as General Contractor or Sub-Contractor removing and replacing existing asphalt and installing new asphalt pavement. Our knowledge and experience combined with engineering resources from the National Asphalt Pavement Association and Asphalt Institute allow us to assist pavement owners with pavement selection and design resulting in durable, cost-effective pavement structures.

Projects range in size from small to large parking lots, access road construction and widening for retail development, airfield paving, walking and biking trails, golf cart paths and running tracks.

Non-producing paving companies can utilize HCC asphalt for their projects. We assist with mix design and submittal requirements with the same stringent quality control testing utilized on our own projects.
