The Material Depot located in Springdale, Arkansas provides recycling services for construction debris and will accept waste concrete or asphalt and tear-off shingles removed from residences during re-roofing projects.
Simply bring your waste concrete, asphalt or tear-off shingles to our facility and our friendly staff will assist you in unloading your material.
We do ask that any material brought to us be free of any dirt, wood or trash but don’t worry about the nails in the shingles or the rebar in the concrete: We are professionals, we can handle it!
Currently we have suspended our collection service for tear-off shingles. Please call ahead for information on costs associated with disposing of other recyclable material.

From Roofs to Roads, HCC processes tear-off shingles recycling them for use in new asphalt pavements. This not only saves valuable space in our landfills but also restores and enhances the environment while reducing our carbon footprint!
We process broken or slab concrete to make aggregate base material for use in future projects. This reduces the demand for natural resources and the carbon footprint associated with producing aggregate through traditional methods.
Asphalt pavements are 100% recyclable. Asphalt pavements are actually America’s most recycled product and save our taxpayers an estimated $1.8 billion per year and hundreds of acres of landfill space! HCC proudly accepts your waste asphalt and processes it for use in future asphalt pavements. Asphalt pavement made from recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) can be as high, or even higher, in quality than pavements made of all-virgin materials. The same material can be recycled again and again; it never loses its value.
